Refunds and Exchange Policy
If the items you have ordered are unsuitable or damaged ，you must inform us within 2 days of receipt，Email our customer service to s[email protected] with your Order ID and the item you wish to return or exchange. We will then be happy to make a refund/exchange with providing the items are returned completely in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving your email. Items returned outside these guidelines will only be subject to the management of Penon . Unless the item is faulty, a refund will not be possible if the item/items arrive damaged. In these cases, the items will be returned to you.
About return for exchange, except the item is faulty, or return for full refund , you will be required to arrange and pay for all delivery costs including the return of the items to us., If returning items to us by post, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting.
